I’ve started working with Mack since the start of COVID. While I had some concerns about COVID and staying safe, I also had reservations about if I would be able to learn the proper form I wanted to learn because I had never been good at fitness.

We were able to mitigate COVID by doing online exercises, and meeting in the park before gyms reopened. Being a complete newbie, Mack was able to teach me proper techniques by starting small and building up to more intense exercises. What I appreciate the most is how much feedback and coaching Mack provided! It helped me not get overwhelmed and frustrated.

With Mack’s guidance, I’m fully confident inside the gym and not scared of working out! I feel so much more confident and comfortable within the gym!

I am very happy with my progress! Since working with Mack, I can now deadlift and squat more than I thought possible! I can do multiple push up which I could never do before!
