Before working with Mack, I’ve never really stepped into a gym before and I definitely thought weightlifting would make me look bulky. I’ve never lifted weights or do any strength training before so I was a bit hesitant at first, but Mack did such an amazing job at creating my program to fit where I was at!

Working with Mack has been an amazing experience. Mack’s positive outlook and coaching style always encourages me to achieve new milestones and goals. However, what surprises me the most is how beneficial working has become for me. Not only am I more confident inside the gym, but in life (at tennis and work) in general!

Mack is an amazing coach who has a great coaching style, pushed me to achieve my fitness goals and helped me improve my tennis game! I feel more confident being within the gym and absolutely love how much my tennis and softball game has improved. I appreciate that Mack tailored my workouts to focus on my athletic goals, but helped me with my nutrition.

Since working with Mack,

  • I’m stronger than I’ve ever! I can goblet squat 100 pounds for reps AND do 20 push ups!!

  • Fit into multiple pairs of jeans that haven't fit for years!

I look forward to building strength, learning new moves, and seeing/feeling my results! I absolutely love feeling more athletic, stronger, and leaner!! I absolutely love finding new clothes or fitting into old jeans in my closet due to our training!
