At first, I was unsure if Mack would listen to to my goals or just do a preset training program or any nutritional advice. In general, I was unsure how approachable Mack would be.

However, Mack listen to my goals in detailed and help me work towards them on an ongoing basis. Mack is very friendly and I look forward to my training sessions and his nutritional advice has been serving me well!

Despite having limiting training experience, Mack was able to help me achieve my goals. I lost 15 pounds, ran a 5k in under 30 minutes and did a 100lb goblet squat. Mack motivated me to try different exercises and challenge myself.

I’ve made so much progress. I’m not ashamed to take my shirt off in public anymore. Mack’s nutritional advice has been serving me well.  He is a fantastic trainer.
