1) Initial Assessment
Your success depends on having a plan customized to YOU. The initial assessment guarantees everything is tailored made for you and everything that makes you unique is taken into consideration.
Strategy Session: We'll determine precisely WHAT you want to accomplish, and WHY. From there, you'll get a plan that fits exactly your specific needs and lifestyle.
Individualized Assessment: We’ll determine what is missing in YOUR nutrition so we can find those short-term wins while getting long-term results. YOUR training program is individualized to you based on this movement screen. We’ll uncover any muscular imbalances and weaknesses, so we can address within YOUR training program. You’ll look better, move better, and be stronger.
After discussing everything above, I’ll explain everything while showing you the practical application for your lifestyle.

2) Individualized Nutrition Plan
At Mack Performance, I firmly believe the best diet is the one you enjoy while making long-term measurable progress. Coaching is key here; we will work together to make to find your ideal diet best suited to your lifestyle, rather than trying to fit your lifestyle into a meal plan.
Diet Structure Fit To You - We work together to determine the diet structure that best fits your lifestyle. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here - this is about finding the nutrition strategy that works best for you.
Sustainability - Changing your body is challenging, but your diet shouldn't make the rest of your life miserable. You'll learn how to sustain a lean, strong body while fueling your body properly.
Guidance - You'll get constant education, strategies for life-events, and constant guidance every step of the way to make this all easier

3) Customized Training Program
Your program is built specifically for YOU. You'll achieve your performance and aesthetic goals, WITHOUT living in the gym.
Your Optimal Dose - Movements, training frequency, and volume all matched to YOUR goals and lifestyle. These all-important factors to results are optimized for your specific goals.
Specialized Training Phases - Nothing is random. Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goal body. Phases change monthly to keep your training fun and engaging.
Knowledge - You'll learn the how and why of everything in your program. You'll never have to feel lost or confused in the gym again.
This includes AT HOME workouts for when you cannot get to the gym due to COVID. No matter your situation, your training will be customized to your needs.
4) Support & Accountability
Accountability is the backbone of any successful training and nutritional program. We all need someone to guide us to teach us in order to be successful. I’ll constantly be with you every step of the way, with all the tools you’ll need to be successful.
Daily Accountability - Accountability breeds consistency. You get lots of it.
Weekly Updates - For any program or nutrition tweaks, and ensure weekly goals are met.
Adjustments - Traveling, sick, hurt, etc.? No worries, you'll get the needed adjustments to keep progress rolling.
Bi-Weekly Phone Call- Every two weeks, you’ll have a coaching call (Phone or Skype) to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing so you can continue to make progress.
