It was my first time in the gym, but I lost 15 pounds, ran a 5k in under 30 minutes and did a 100lb goblet squat. Mack motivated me to try different exercises and challenge myself.

I’ve made so much progress. I’m not ashamed to take my shirt off in public anymore. Mack’s nutritional advice has been serving me well.  He is a fantastic trainer.
