The Start-up Package:

   Not everyone can afford Personal Training and I get that!!!  This Online-only package will provide you with an effective monthly workout based on your fitness goals.  With each monthly program, I’ll designed, develop, and create a customized plan based on your needs to improve performance, shred fat, and build muscle.   

   You’ll have access to my online training platform with exercises video demonstrations, direct notes, exercise descriptions, and exercise tracking to help me guide your progress!

The Pro Package

   My Best valued package.  The Pro Package contains all the benefits of the Start-Up package and more! In addition to your own customized training program written for your individual needs, we’ll correspond weekly on a weekly basis via a 15-20 minute Skype call.  

   Specifically, with this option I’ll review all aspects of your training history, goals, and performance in order to designed the best program for you.

   We’ll correspond on a weekly basis and track your progress to ensure that you’re achieving the best results.  Not only will you a receive top-notch training program, I’ll guide your nutrition with macronutrition recommendations to help you eat for your goals and enhanced your progress.   

Monthly Benefits Include:

· 60-80 minutes worth of Skype calls to discuss all questions regarding training, nutrition, and to shoot the breeze – I like to get to know my clients!!

· Customized training program complete with sets, reps, exercise descriptions with each exercise AND exercise video demonstrations!!

· Nutritional guidance based on your training goals and needs

· Access to the Mack Performance Online Platform to track your workouts

The All-Star Package:

   My most complete package.  The All-Star Package consists of a monthly 15-20 minute Skype call, a monthly exercise plan, and a completely individualized nutrition program written by me for your individual needs.

   With the All-Star Package you’ll receive all the benefits of the Pro Package, plus:

· An in-depth customized nutritional plan handcrafted just for you

· Daily e-mail contact

· 4 In-Person Training Sessions with me (available only in the Seattle Area)

Monthly Benefits Include:

· Weekly 15-30 minute Skype Calls to discuss all your questions regarding training, nutrition, and to shoot the breeze – I like to get to know my Clients!

· A guided Functional Movement Screen to assess any movement dysfunctions and/or asymmetries.

· Handcrafted nutritional plan, taking personal nutritional information into account.

We’ll designed an nutritional plan that works WITH you rather than forcing you to comply with it!  We’ll correspond on a weekly basis, track your progress to ensure you’re achieving the best results possible, and ensure you’re working out correctly with our in-person training sessions!!!

 

Other Services

In-Person Personal Training

I do offer In-Person training session for individuals living within the Seattle Area. Each training session will be 60 minutes.  During our training session, I will answer any and all training and nutritional questions to ensure you’re achieving the best results possible, and analyze your exercise form and techniques are on point to minimize injury risk.

In addition, I do offer In-Person training session for those outside the Seattle Area.  These individuals will be selected by a case-by-case basis.  

Semi-Personal Training

              Working out by yourself can be dull!  Bring 2-4 friends and train together and get the competitive juices flowing! As the saying goes, “ those who train together, succeed together.” 

Each individual will have their own program designed to met their individual needs.  Note- competitive banter and smack talking is strongly encouraged!
